This is NOT a page about DEATH.

Swedish Death Cleaning is called Döstagning in Swedish — 'dö' meaning “death” and 'städning' meaning “cleaning.”
It is an undertaking, usually begun around age 40. It’s primary goal is to NOT leave a massive clean-up and sort for others after you die.

This surprising and invigorating process of clearing out unnecessary belongings can be undertaken at any age or life stage but should be done sooner than later, before others have to do it for you.

Through my events, I I have tried to inspire people to make a 30-day START to this process, in a way that is uplifting rather than overwhelming.

I have run a few of these events, both in person, through workshops and working one-on-one with individuals on contract. There were fees for the workshops and the one-on-one contracts. There is not a fee for the online 30-day Events, however support through donations is massively appreciated  

The 30-day Events I run on my Facebook Group Page take 100's of hours to create.

I use # to mark the posts for each day, so it IS possible for people to self-direct their own 30-day Döstagning simply searching previous events using the #. For example, searching in the Facebook forum using #dayfive should bring up all the posts for day FIVE in all the 30-day Event posts saved to the Facebook Group Page.
